Down here, it’s our time. It’s our time down here.

Down here it’s my time.

I am a doctoral student of the history of art, looking at Mr Henry Moore and his public sculpture of the postwar period.

The posts to be found herein, however, are nothing more than rushed and incomplete ramblings on the things that I obsess about. This began long before my doctorate, so Henry will hardly get a look in (though I am sure he will make his presence felt).

Rather, these are vague attempts to do justice to the constellation of pop cultural and art historical references that constitute my view of the world.

This is an appreciation of the bunkum that is modern culture.

Life move’s pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you might miss it.
